• Returns/exchanges are accepted on new, unused items within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in original condition with tags attached. Buyer is responsible for any return postage costs.
• Once the item has been received, you will be contacted upon approval or rejection of your refund.

Please Note: Custom items are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged upon receipt. Sale items are not eligible for return.

While many finished items are kept in stock, some designs are made to order. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be completed. Custom items may take additional time. You will receive a notification once your items have shipped or are ready for pick-up.
