Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days on items that are unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to initiate a return. To start a return, please email thesatinrabbit@gmail.com. Buyer is responsible for any return postage costs. Once the item has been received, you will be contacted upon approval or rejection of your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Custom items are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged upon receipt. Sale items are not eligible for return. Gift cards are final sale and nonrefundable.
Refunds
You will be notified once your item is received and inspected if a refund/replacement is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at thesatinrabbit@gmail.com.
